Invalid PID AP2802I when trying to add device to site

I am trying to add an AIR-AP2802I-E-K9 to a site in cisco business but can't due to PID being invalid when trying.

Is the model not supported or am I missing something?

I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve.
but there is a difference between Cisco Small Business devices and Cisco Enterprise networking

afaik the ap2802i is enterprise networking I don't think it is  supported in Cisco Business Dashboard

As @pieterh said. But you can run Mobility Express  on that device to manage all APs from one place.
