Issue on Cisco CBW 240 can't integrate with radius server

Dear TAC Cisco Business,

Please help us, we have an issue with CBW 240 AC when we integrate into the radius server. There is the point of view :

1. From Master AP ( cisco CBW 240 ) can reach to the radius server

2. From Master AP able to authenticate to the radius server.

3. But when we test from the end device. The device can't connect to the network if using radius authentication via SSID.
