I have "SFP-10G- ER Class-1 21CFR 10-2531-02 " 40 km, I want to connect 1 SFP in Cisco Distribution Switch 9407R to Cisco Access Switch 9300, but the SFP module is not detecting in 9407 switch but its work in 9300 switch, please help me what is the problem with this.
I am able to communicate between 9300 switch and another 9300 switch. Both have the same SFP's that work but in the 9407 switch the SFP module is not recognized, ports of distribution switch are working fine because for testing I connect another SFP of 80Km its working on the same port but have issue with this SFP.
