unable to register cisco exams on our PearsonVue testing center

Hello, I am Ghaly Momani from Precise Thinking  Jordan- Amman we are  PearsonVue testing center and unable to register Cisco exams for our candidates. The problem is when the candidate trying to schedule an exam in our test center  we are not shown to the candidate  as a test center, when we contact PearsonVue about this issue they told us we have to contact  Cisco,
please Advice

Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox)

2.            Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito

3.            Clear browser cache and cookies 

4.            Allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings

5.            Sign back in to your Microsoft Certification profile and try to update/schedule your exam.

 

Additionally, please ensure to contact your organization’s IT or the department that manages your company’s

please send them a psr ,(problem steps recorder)showing the steps from the time you sign in to your account up to the part where it shows the error code. I have initiated a private message where you can attach the PSR along with the requested information to assist you further.
