Hi, I wanted to upgrade the Software of a Webex Codec PLUS(Roomkit 60) from RoomOS 10.8.3.1 6d131e0418f to the latest one.
With the first software package the codec told me the file was to large but after downloading the smaller package of the latest version11.5.2.4 I was twice running in a notification during the process that the upgrade had failed.
Is there anything I have to take in aspect for the upgrading process? Are there some inbetween-steps required to accomplish the Upgrade?
