ETA changed twice and still the device has not reached.

Hi Team,

We have a tricky situation here and need to understand from logistics team as to what has been shipped to the customer. Take a look at the below grid:

RMA#	Old SN	New SN	Contract#
88937792	52A24535	12A21232	93676710

Customer claims that they don’t have neither of the above New SNs, instead they have SN# 52A21232.

Now,  could you please let us know who would will be able to advise on these RMA bookings and replacement shipment?
