Any tool to know the original UCS specifications we ordered

Hi there, We have several UCS servers that we ordered several years ago. Since there were some customization to the hardware components, we would like to know what the original hardware specifications (RAMs, Hard Disk, etc) when we ordered them. Can we find it from Cisco? Thanks. We only have the hardware and serial numbers but we lost the record of SO.

You can find the model in the physical chasis, and based on the model you can see the specification on cisco site.
