Cannot Log In to SecureDoc email

I have been unable to log into any SecureDoc emails for about a week now. I received the message “You must have cookies enabled to log in.” However, I do have cookies enabled. I've cleared my cache and cookies, but still cannot get in.

 

Can anyone help? CRES-Support asked me to post here for assistance.
