Hello Yasser Mobarki,
If you are having trouble loading the Cisco NetAcad page, you can try these steps:
Update your software: Make sure you have the latest version of Packet Tracer , Java and Browser
Restart your computer: Try restarting your computer
Reload the login page: Right click in the login window and reload the page
Check your browser settings: Make sure JavaScript is enabled
Check your automatic downloads: On the Netacad site, click the padlock in the address bar, then go to Settings and change the automatic downloads setting from Ask user to Allow
Best regards

I am having the same problem. I have rebooted my computer. I have tried Firefox and Chrome. I have deleted the cache.
I had the problem for 4 days, and it started working yesterday. Now, this morning, it is right back to constantly reloading.

This is happening on Macbook. OS Sequoia 15.2, updated yesterday. Javascript enabled. I have dumped my cookies repeatedly, restarted my browser, restarted the computer. I have tried on Safari, DuckDuckGo, and Chrome browsers. I have enabled downloads for this web page on Chrome. No change in behavior. It continues to loop through steps to load the page.
Any other suggestions?

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click Date & Time on the right. (You may need to scroll down.) Turn on "Set time and date automatically," click Set, then enter a network time server for your region. Turn on "Set time zone automatically
using your current location."

I encountered the same problem. I'm using Parrot OS, and changing to the correct timezone solved the issue.
