Hello all,
I'm trying to configure UCSC-C240-M6SX server in Cisco ccw. I'm getting the following error while confuguring.
Error Message : An error occurred during validating the configuration. Please contact Cisco Customer Service. (C0132)
And also, I am not able to make adjustments or alter the line items as well.
Can anyone help me out here?

You should do as it suggests - create support case for this. Log in to https://customerservice.cloudapps.cisco.com/, search for "B2B Tool Support" and open a case there.
Good luck! Please report back if there is a "simple" fix that others can benefit from knowing.

FYI - The help button in CCW gives you an option to create a case which sends you to the Customer Service Hub. The Customer Service Hub is the same as what that @Torbjørn had linked.
The Customer Service Hub states that you can not get CCW Tool Support in CSH, but need to go to CCW and press the help button, create a case and select the option for Commerce Tool Support. Instructions found on CSH (https://salesconnect.cisco.com/sc/s/simple-media?vtui__mediaId=a1m8c00000pmHEyAAM)
So the Help button and case creation button in CCW does NOT provide CCW Tool Support and only sends you to Customer Service Hub which is not available for CCW tool help.
