Help with default gateway on router interfaces

I'm currently a student and I'm now being introduced to routers. I made 2 LANS and I want them to communicate via a router. My net ID for LAN 1 is 192.168.1.0 and for LAN 2 it 192.168.2.0. I have 3 computers connected to each LAN. I've configured g0/0/0 to have an ip of 192.168.1.1 for LAN 1 and for g0/0/1 I have an ip of 192.168.2.1 for LAN 2. I set the default gateway for the computers on each LAN to be the ip for the interface for that LAN.

I did all that and I still can't ping across networks. Can anyone identify what I have done wrong?

I attached a screenshot, let me know if you need more information to answer my question.

make sure PCs and router link is on the same vlan; vlan id does not matter here and does nto have to be same on left to right side. double check IP assigned to interfaces and default  gateway IP on PCs corresponding to rotuer interface.

U can attach your PT lab file here but it must be in zip format

Couple of things to check part of troubleshooting :

I set the default gateway for the computers on each LAN to be the ip for the interface for that LAN.

1. Is the PC IP address configured gateway as 192.168.2.1 for 192.168.2.0 VLAN and same for other VLAN

2. If you configured switch as IP address and PC configured gateway as Switch IP address that not work - since you mentioned default gateway.

3. check PC have any firewall - disable and test it.

4. Did Lan1 Pc able to ping 192.168.1.1 ?

5. Did Lan2 Pc able to ping 192.168.2.1 ?

6. how is your switch port configuration connected to router, is trunk or access port ?

still having issue post show run , show ip interface brief from router
