All, may I know the procedure to deposit licenses to smart account for Catalyst C9300 switches that are part of disti-stocking order. Our devices do not have direct connection to internet and we follow below steps for token generation and license registration. What we do usually is ask our vendor to tag license to our smart account, ensure it is visible in activity tab in Smart Software Manager and follow the below 3 steps to generate and install license. From what I have read in internet, if license is purchased as disti-stocking, then the vendor cannot map license to specific customers as it is shared. Our challenge now is how to deposit these licenses to our account.

The below method does not work out for us.
Device registration : Token creation
1. Go to software.cisco.com and log into your Smart Account.
2. Under the Padlock icon, click Smart Software Licensing.
3. Go to the Inventory Tab -> General
4. Click the New Token... button
5. Enter a brief description of the token (optional)
6. Finish the token generation.
7. Go to your device/system and paste the token in the Registration Token field (for Graphical User Interface based ones) or refer to the Product's Configuration Guide.
8. Your device should now be connected to the Licensing Portal, assuming it can reach tools.cisco.com (port 443)
9. Repeat steps 4-8 for every new device.
