Is anyone having problem accessing the website ? Only shows error:

may for a small brief I guess, now works as expected I guess

is this after loging details enter or from the page load of first one ?

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

At first, there is weird situation where I'm logged in and trying to submit completion but unable to select some dropdown. Multiple times refreshed the browser but same thing. Then later, it logged me out. Tried logging in then inside portal shows "Not authorized" error then suddenly it is no longer accessible with error posted above. Maybe a server refresh or something happened. Now portal works fine as I submitted course completion and CE got credited as expected.
