When I try to "Launch Cisco Service Contract Center", I get the following error:

It looks like a Java error. I'm running Java 7 Update 40. Any ideas?

I had to open a case with TAC, I believe. I don't recall what the fix was though, sorry (and I can't seem to find it in the case manager). It is working for me now.
