Hi, I have a lack of clarity with respect to this solution (CMS Integration with O365 w/on-prem infrastructure in a dual-homed configuration).
I've a client that wants to do this, and use the WebRTC client (not CMA).
It appears that the documentation...
Hello,
I have a client that has a certain room design that calls for an SX80 w/SpeakerTrack 60, plus a 3rd camera (Precision 60). The design necessitates that the P60 only be active under certain circumstances, i.e. that it is actually disconnected ...
I'm trying to troubleshoot an installation with SX10 and NEC V-series displays. The audio is very tinny and unnatural sounding, and we're trying to definitively determine the root cause. My thought is the built-in speakers on the NEC displays, but ...

I don't believe so. As I understand it, the speaker tracking is dependent on triangulation from the microphones, and pan/tilt settings of the camera are determined based on knowing the position of the camera relative to the microphone array. The only...
I'm thinking it's probably cleaner to disconnect both. Can you describe the behaviors of the codec and the Touch 10 with the 3 different scenarios (Ethernet, HDMI or both)?
I would suggest two things.
It could be the camera dying. Try replacing with an alternate camera. It could be the power supply failing. I've seen this happen where the PS has enough power for the codec, but not enough for the camera, and it leads to...
