In 2014 I get CCNA with my account. .Now I'm trying to access Netacad or Cisco but I am stuck in a loop trying to access.I introce my email,It redirects me to another web to introduce again mi email as normal process, but when I Introduce the email the last time, it takes me to the next page and comes back again and again.
If I reset my password I seem to be able to access to Netacad for a while, I signed up for example for the packet tracert course. But after a while or a day it doesn't work again. .Next day I have to repeat the reset password process again if I want to access to Netacad.
Also for example the Log in in the Packet Tracert through the Netacad option never validate correctly so I can not access.
Could you help me?
