As you know Packet Tracer shares tutorials from the help menu (http://tutorials.ptnetacad.net/tutorials80.htm). I think they are really qualified tutorials. However, the tutorial videos except 1-0 are not playing. I have attached the image showing the error. Could you please explain the reason of this error? Or is there any other way to access these tutorials?
