Hello all,
I am having several issues with a two stack C9200 switch. The first issue is when it is given a power cycle it will fail to boot to cat9k_lite_iosxe_npe.17.03.05.SPA.bin three times before successfully loading. Now i think that might also hinder me getting in to ROMmon mode because it automatically power cycles and it cannot be stopped. Secondly, I have followed this article System Management Configuration Guide, Cisco IOS XE Gibraltar 16.10.x (Catalyst 9200 Switches) - Troubleshooting the Software Configuration [Support] - Cisco with no success on both switches, i have tried these steps on each with and without the stacking cable plugged in. I will paste bellow copies of my issues along with the last config i was able to pull before i was locked out. The other issue is i set the password and i know what it is but i never set the username (i was gathering information for it) and the terminal session restart prompting for a username that was never set with my password

And to make matters more fun my Win10 device blue screened and restarted itself and removed my config file for the switch before I could save it. but I do know the password and I did spell check it before hand. **Note: I have tried base usernames like "cisco" and "admin" with no avail obviously or I would not have posted this lol. Anyways any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I have tested also through Console and SSH
