ServiceNow x Cisco DNA

We are facing an issue when we integrate ITSM (ServiceNow) with CISCO Dnac.

We already installed the plugin in our ServiceNow instance.

The error is on the first step:

1. Enable basic ITSM (ServiceNow) CMDB synchronisation bundle, and configure it.   

We input the correct tables, but still returning this error:

"Invalid CIClass(es) - x_caci_cisco_dna_wireless_lan_controller, cmdb_ci_ip_switch, cmdb_ci_wap_network, cmdb_ci_ip_router"
