Hi everyone, this is my first posting here. We have uc560 which was installed back in 2011 and the cca does not have any built-in tools to view/edit the scripts. This device is EOL several times over, so no smartNet available but it served us well. We're moving to a different voip provider service which needs to view the scripts.
As the title describes, I'm looking for a downloadable version of the script editor in order to view/edit the voice script files (x.aef extension). How can this tool be obtained if no active smartnet or cisco support is used at the moment ?
