Hold on. I think I've spotted the issue here. Have Cisco migrated services from webapps.cisco.com to software.cisco.com?
It looks like the menu links presented to me on cisco.co.uk (which cisco.com always tries to push me over to) are looking at old links. Cisco.com menu looks different, takes me to new links and works.
I guess someone needs to update co.uk?
