Active Directory Integration breaks GP and WiFi

I have been walking through the steps of Active Directory Integration. Once I change the DNS settings under DHCP for a site, the GP stops working, The internet works but the setting we have for desktops do not work.

For our public WiFi, once I change the DNS for the site to point to the VA's under DHCP, The WiFi stops working.

Once I switch the DNS back to our internal DNS servers, everything goes back to working.
