I just set up OpenDNS and tried a few sites to see the page that my kids would encounter if trying to access a blocked site. When I click the link to "contact your network administrator", the IFRAME doesn't load. In Chrome, it doesn't show anything. In IE 11, it shows "This content cannot be displayed in a frame". I suspect it's because the block page resides on block.opendns.com and the contact form that's being put in the IFRAME resides on tools.opendns.com, and the latter has the X-Frame-Options HTTP header set to SAMEORIGIN, which prevents framing of that page/site unless the two are on the same origin (protocol + port + host) - in this case, the hosts are different. Anyone else facing this problem? Anything I'm doing wrong?

I can confirm your observations, also for FireFox. The form doesn't and cannot work currently.
I have raised ticket #171589 to report this problem.

Hi Preacherche,
I can confirm that there were some issues with the contact form on our security block pages. These issues have now been resolved, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
