Connects to FaceTime but witnin few seconds video stops audio jaggared. Thought our ISP problem but when open dns is off. Video and audio ok. What should I do to rectify the problem?

Some sites (f.e. TeamViewer.com) redirect me to a Thai version of this page - this happens also with Paypal and others. I was told that OpenDNS can prevent that from happening. Until now, it doesnt work for me... Thanks for any hint.
