I changed my android sms server through an app and then delete that app. I make an account of open dns. Go to link that sent to my id and add network. Changed my settings to block pornography but still porn sites are not block. What to do?please help.

What is an "android sms server"?  What app did you use to change it?

Or did you mean to say "DNS server"?  What DNS resolver addresses did you choose?  To block pornography you should have selected the FamilyShield addresses 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123.  You even do not need to manage an account or a dashboard to block pornography.

I have used DNS changer app and used 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.
At starting open Dns working very well but after a few days it did not. But still porn sites were never blocked.
I have read page about family shield but I did not understand how to use it on android phone. please help.
I want to use it without wi fi . I want to use it on cellular network.
Is there no need to have open dns account or dashboard to use family shield?

OpenDNS' dashboard is solely for networks you own, not for your devices in other networks, especially not in cellular networks.  I.e. you must not use the dashboard when connected to other networks, because you do not own the public IP addresses associated with them.

You still can configure the OpenDNS FamilyShield addresses (see above) to block pornography, for example with the DNS changer app you used before.  I do not believe you can delete the app afterwards, else your DNS configuration may revert back.  These apps usually work with VPN technology, and if you delete the app, the VPN and related DNS configuration is gone too.

Yes, everyone having access to the device can change everything, no matter if with an app or not.  This is how Android works.  They didn't foresee restrictions like on computers or iOS devices.

You can use OpenDns Home and login on this site from your mobile. Then there will show your current ip and you can add this to your list. It works in chrome normally but doesn't with incognito tab in chrome. While adding tick mark the option dynamic ip.

These are not really good instructions.  You must not add IP addresses you do not own.

No, as far as I can see, you cannot configure DNS server addresses for cellular networks on Android.
