Umbrella is also a DNS service like all other OpenDNS services are and what the name clearly says, and with DNS only the domain names are being transferred, not anything else like URLs. So there's nothing to capture beside domain names. You could use another (non-DNS) cloud service like Google History or local logging to achieve what you want.

"I read that I could see detailed website data"
Where did you read this? Can you post a link to this webpage?

Hi, rotblitz, thank you for always taking good care of all of us w/ your expertise. On this topic, do you all recommend an app/product that doesn't interfere/compliments OpenDNS for this kind of detailed browsing history? I'm looking for something along the lines of what Microsoft Family Safety might provide, just like this user...I'd like to see granular detail of what was searched for & what was visited. Thank you kindly!

You can use most other tools in addition of using OpenDNS, in all cases where these tools leave DNS untouched and do not work based on DNS.
A tool which I can recommend: https://www.telerik.com/fiddler
Btw, my earlier comment is no longer correct. Certain variations of Umbrella also can deal with URLs, i.e. website addresses. This must run in a corporate environment with Virtual Appliances and additional software installed.
