Netgear C6300 and OpenDNS not blocking anything

I think i've setup everything properly, but i can still ping porn sites and access the too!  Please look at the screenshot and tell me what i've done wrong.  

I've set filtering to high all day long. 

my ip is the ip that's listed in open dns as my home network

i'm not using the bypass account yet

i can ping and access sites like pornhub.com, xhamster.com, etc... (on any device)

You have done nearly everything wrong.  :(

As I can see, you are trying to use Netgear LPC and OpenDNS Home at the same time.  These two services are incompatible.  You can use either the one or the other.  Else the results are inconsistent and random, as you have experienced.

Assumed you want to use Netgear LPC:

• Delete any network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/
     Your dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/
• Do not run an Updater.  LPC is based on device ID, not based on IP address.
• Do not configure OpenDNS resolver addresses anywhere.  This is done by enabling LPC.

Also, ping results are absolutely irrelevant, for several reasons.  You can ping even if a domain is being blocked by OpenDNS.  You will be pinging an OpenDNS address then.  Use only DNS tools like nslookup, dig or host to work DNS troubles, not ping.
