Can't access router?

I found the router IP address and typed it into Safari. It asks for a log in and password. I have no idea what that would be. I tried admin for both...no go. How do I find this information or reset the router? I have a Cisco router and couldn't find specific directions on how to install OpenDNS for that router.

Even if there were instructions about how to configure (no install!) OpenDNS on your router, this would not include your login credentials, because these are for general router access, not related to OpenDNS.
