I didn't think it was an DNS issue since the site is in beta, but I was able to load the site when visiting a starbucks.

here is my output:

Non-authoritative answer:
debug.opendns.com    text = "server 1.lax"

where <blank> is the end of the trace.

Since the DNS is resolving it should be loading. Could this be an ISP issue (charter)?

thanks in advance

David

You're in California, and www.mysupermarket.com is hosted in United Kingdom. This is not an ideal distance for speedy performance. ;-)

And yes, your issue has nothing to do with DNS. Because I'm here in Europe too, I cannot reproduce this. The site loads quickly.

"Since the DNS is resolving it should be loading."

Ah no, when loading is due, DNS is already over and gone. Else no attempt would be made to connect.

"Could this be an ISP issue (charter)?"

Not likely. It's more a peering network carrier, Voxel in your case.

thanks... makes sense to me.. I'll send a note to the peering network.
