Regarding the logo, you visit the Customization settings of your network at the dashboard and upload an own logo or null image which is then displayed instead of the OpenDNS logo..
There's not much you can do against showning the OpenDNS URL in the address bar. You could work with your local hosts files or a local DNS server for redirection to a page of your choice or to produce a generic browser error message.
