Not cool.  I think it is time to move on to a better DNS solution.  This is not the first time this has happened.

It seems you don't keep your IP address information updated, so you may use someone else's settings.

Check at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/

My address was updated via the PC background service. I've uninstalled opendns and have switched to a better service.

HI @mflane,

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your network. We also found your support ticket with an IP address that is associated to a different OpenDNS account that is filtering your network. We have released the IP address so you should no longer be blocked from your sites.

To ensure that OpenDNS is working properly for you, please flush your browser and DNS cache by following the instructions below:

http://www.opendns.com/support/article/67

We advise to register your IP address in your dashboard so you can take control of your network's filters. Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be more than happy to help you.

Best regards

"switched to a better service"

Better than OpenDNS?  Hard to believe!
