Four hours ago, I set up an OpenDNS Home account on my home router. I configured both DNS addresses in the settings and installed the OpenDNS Updater on my Windows PC to update the dynamic IP. In the dashboard, I set the filtering level to High because I want to block social networks and adult content.
However, I’ve noticed that it’s not blocking anything except for the test page internetbadguys.com. All other websites are accessible on my network, so the DNS filtering is not working properly.
I ran a test using the nslookup command, and here is the result:
