If you're a school, you should be using the enterprise version (Cisco Umbrella). OpenDNS is licensed for home use only.
To block these games on Google Sites, you add the domain name sites.google.com to your "always block" list at your dashboard.
In case of other game sites, you add the domain names where these games are hosted on to the blacklist. (It may be sufficient to block the category Games.)
