I am having problems configuring my Zywall USG20 for OpenDNS. I have tried everything and it's just not working. There is a DNS setting in my router called Address/PTR Record and when I tried that, it didn't work. There's another setting called Domain Zone Forwarder and that didn't work. I don't know what it is I'm doing wrong. The section that I had to go to my router for the DNS settings are Configuration > System > DNS. I have emailed OpenDNS about this problem before and they sent me an email with instructions but they sent me instructions for the wrong model Zywall. Somebody Please help.

You either delete the 3rd DNS forwarder entry if possible, or you configure it to point to one of 208.67.222.220 or 208.67.220.222.
Leave your fingers away from anything else like PTR record or MX record if you don't know what it is for!

This is how I get my USG20W to configure:
Go to Configuration - Network - Interface - Ethernet
Choose lan1 and Edit
Click Show Advanced Settings
Scroll down to DHCP setting
Put in the OpenDNS servers under First and Second DNS server - Custom Defined
Click Ok
Click apply
Reboot the device
I do this for the wlan as well. Same way except you go to Configuration - Network - Interface - WLAN
