How To Report Unblocked Porn Sites

I am a newbie but I successfully configured my router to use DNS 208.67.220.123. I want to report some porn sites that were not blocked, although most are bolcked. How? My router is provided by my ISP, model is ZLT S10G. I don't know its brand, and am not sure whether it is significant. Thank you.

You can enter the porn site address and label it porn and it blocks it right away. However i forget how lol. Maybe under community up top option, it's there just gotta find it
