How to Unblock Skype

If you add Chat from Web Content Filtering and you need exclude the Skype from blocking you should add the below domains to Never block list

skype.com

skype.net

skypeassets.com

live.com

i did that but still not working 

i add those domaine in never block but skype doesn't get the page of login and passe

web.skype.com

You can save some of these entries, because e.g. live.com already covers this and login.live.com, and skype.com covers this and web.skype.com and lw.skype.com.  Instead visit https://dashboard.opendns.com/stats/all/blockeddomains to find the domains still in need to be whitelisted or unblocked.
