I can't submit request to unfilter websites

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue to occur? I would ask my boss but this type of this is handled elsewhere.

@OrganVictoriousthis happened to me several times. And it is a permissions issue. Usually only certain roles can submit unfilter requests, which means that u may need to check with the team that manages web filtering.
