icmp packets

a ping to google.com:

From 192.168.x.x icmp_seq=2 Packet filtered

I just started getting this.  All my dns queries seem to time out.  I can ping IP addresses just fine. If I change my DNS, i get normal responses as expected.

I'm not sure what happened.

Please create a support request so we can troubleshoot this problem thoroughly.

When you do please  download and run our diagnostic tool via the support article below from a computer that is experiencing the issue. When the test starts it will ask you if you want to enter in a domain to test. In this field type in ***www.google.com***.

***After the test completes, copy and paste the Diagnostic number into this ticket***.
