New Account: Stats not updating at > 36 hours

I'm new to OpenDNS and the forum. Based on my research, many users have asked the same question: Why aren't my stats showing up? I understand it may take up to 24 hours to populate. But after 36 hours, my stats still remain unpopulated.

Additionally, the domains that I've manually blocked are still accessible. It seems odd that these particular domains wouldn't be immediately blocked.

Can anyone shed some light on these issues for me? Thanks in advance.

Please create a support request (support@opendns.com) so we can troubleshoot this problem thoroughly.

When you do please  download and run our diagnostic tool https://support.umbrella.com/hc/en-us/articles/234692027-Umbrella-Diagnostic-Tool from a computer that is experiencing the issue. When the test starts it will ask you if you want to enter in a domain to test. In this field type in www.internetbadguys.com

After the test completes, copy and paste the Diagnostic number into this ticket
