First sorry for my bad english, but i have a problem because opendns doesn't work when i'm searching on incognito mode. It works very well on the normal mode but on icognito mode it's not able to block porn sites.Any suggestion?

Enable incognito mode and visit http://welcome.opendns.com/ to ensure that you use OpenDNS at all, i.e. if you send your DNS queries to OpenDNS. If not, you must force them to go to OpenDNS. No idea how, because you didn't provide any related information like operating system, browser type and such details. And I do not want to guess.

Operating system windows 10, Router D-Link DIR655 - home network.. OpenDNS works Great in normal mode. Anytime that a user goes "incognito" -Chrome or "private browsing"-Explorer.... it bypasses safe search, and in the search results the user sees the nude pictures and video thumbnails and all search results with the porn.
How can I get OPEN DNS to BLOCK this traffic too...
And yes, I went to the welcome page and tested it, IT is set up properly on my machine according to OPEN DNS..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disable Data Saver mode in Chrome. This mode circumvents your configuration. OpenDNS cannot modify your browser settings...
