Inconsistent Blocking in Chrome for Mac

Has anybody seen this behaviour?

1. I have blocked two sites in OpenDns: instagram.com; oovoo.com

2. I open Chrome 43.0.2357.124 (64-bit) on Mac OsX 10.10.2

3. I visit instagram.com. It correctly blocks the site.

4. I visit oovoo.com in the same tab. It doesn't block.

5. I then revisit instagram.com in the same tab. It doesn't block.

Tried the same sequence in Safari, works fine.

This looks like you didn't flush your browser cache after the settings change.  You must, else your settings change may take effect much delayed, because you're still served out of your browser cache.
