IOS (IPhone) content filtering in apps

I wanted to know how filtering works inside of an app via IOS. For example, adult (non pornographic) themes in news, sports, blogs etc. I know this may be very vague but wanted to know how it works mostly on IOS Iphone before using it. Currently safari is disabled on said IOS device...

OpenDNS does not offer apps for content filtering. OpenDNS is a service in the cloud. You must look somewhere else.
