IPV6 not filtering

I get different IP address results depending on which DNS server I use. My OpenDNS settings filter pornography.  I've tried using the OpenDNS Check a Domain and it shows porn.com as tagged with pornography. However, DNS lookups are different depending on which DNS server I use. Unfortunately, the default in windows uses the IPV6 DNS so no blocking is done.  I tried running the Umbrella Diag but it says there's no connection detected to the SWG (whatever that means).

IPV6 lookup:
root@RaysDreamMachinePro:~# nslookup porn.com 2620:119:35::35
Server: 2620:119:35::35
Address: 2620:119:35::35#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: porn.com
Address: 185.88.180.167
Name: porn.com
Address: 185.88.180.183

IPV4 lookup:
root@RaysDreamMachinePro:~# nslookup porn.com 208.67.222.222
Server: 208.67.222.222
Address: 208.67.222.222#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: porn.com
Address: 146.112.61.106
Name: porn.com
Address: ::ffff:146.112.61.106

OpenDNS has had issues filtering IPv6 from the Dashboard so turning off IPv6 and filtering IPv4 has been the go to solution:
