I work for company dealing with eating disorders and we need to stop patients from finding sites that are food related.

But the category "Tasteless" should include the Pro-Anorexia sites if this is what you're looking for.

Then you'll have to go for Umbrella Enterprise (http://www.umbrella.com). Content filtering is free for home use only.

While I'm not for tagging site on keywords, and think an enterprise would be best served by specific measures like umbrella, hosts file as you suggested on another post (rotblitz), I see through the forums (and Idea Bank, actually two times already), that these kind of issues have being brought before.
Tasteless seems to be now the kind of "catch-all" category where some people is putting everything what they dislike. Same as you said on another post about porn: https://support.opendns.com/entries/21681099-Faster-Domain-Tagging-And-Approval
Seems like some people have suggested before a category for Eating Disorders, which by the way, is better defined as "the grotesque" as Tasteless appeals to people disliking lots of things. It would be easier for people trying to spot this area, and I don't see the reason which couldn't be done, I've read than Chat and Instant Messaging and Social Networking are different categories, same as Nudity is not the same as Lingerie, or Sexuality or Porn. I don't see a real reason to keep putting through the end of the queue new requests for tagging Eating disorders sites, separated as something so ambiguous as "the grotesque".
Maybe we should ask for a more specific category and folks with this same itch help each other by spotting more accurately those sites.
Lets keep looking for a better solution.

There are several hundreds of known disorders / addictions / dependences of any kind in the world. You do not expect a category being available for each of them, do you?
Sure, just for the one you're interested in / impacted with. ;-)
Technology is not a therapist, although it can provide (very limited) support of therapies.

Are you serious rotblitz? Do you think we are expecting therapy from OpenDNS?
Is really better the system right now, where people can throw hundreds of domains at several tagging in less than one hour?
Actually I think would be better splitting the tagging into groups focused on specific issues, instead of letting a few people abusing the system overflooding the categories with lots of domains just for the sake of disliking those sites, instead of actually contributing. That's one of the reasons some people is asking to purge the tagged after a reasonable amount of time. Is not enough 5 years to know the voting contributions to reach the threshold to accept the tag, maybe will not enough even in other 3 or 5 years?
