In setup OpenDNS on my router at home and it worked fine. But my computer got flaky for reasons probably unrelated to OpenDNS, and I had to reformat it. Now it still blocks the sites that I had configured previously, but when I update the blacklist through the website dashboard, it does not block those sites. I already tried flushing my DNS cache. Before I reformatted my machine I thought I configured OpenDNS through a program called Network Manager (or something like that). But I can find no reference to that program anywhere. How do I get this working again?

There's nothing to configure with a software program on the computer if you have OpenDNS resolver addresses configured on the router.
Beside the DNS cache, you also must flush the browser cache. It is equally important, else you'll get presented with locally cached stuff.

Actually the problem was that I had to go to the following website instead to change my settings. My settings were there instead.
