This always happens when you try to access a HTTPS page which domain you have blocked by your OpenDNS settings, because you are presented with an OpenDNS certificate ("Subject: *.opendns.com"), not with the site's certificate. It is normal that browsers raise a warning message then.

Just as rotblitz said, this means the site you are trying to access is being blocked by your opendns settings. The browser is doing exactly as intended by raising an alarm (it is expecting one site, but getting the certificate for another one, in this case opendns).
