Hi, I have an issue where I cannot update nor reinstate (I deleted while trying to fix it) the network on my IP - it gives the error "Network is a subnet of another members closed network". Please help!! I have logged a job with support 2 days ago but had no response of any kind so far.

You did it right with opening a support ticket. The usual reponse time is 72 hours within workdays, sometimes longer if many tickets are in their queue.
