hello problem has now been solved, it was very odd but i was using a vodafone router with DMZ forwarded to the Router.
I have 3 broadband connections at home for failover and plugged into the UDM Pro, the moment I unplugged vodafone and connected the bt router all was fine and protection worked after updating it IP ADDRESS, I unplugged BT and plugged in EE, Updated the IP ADDRESS and all was fine I connected back vodafone and I was not protected. I logged into its webpage to check all settings, firewall was switch off and DMZ was correct and they where, I ripped out this router and connected/configured a Draytek router and now all works just fine.

Hello, I am struggling trying to get OpenDNS to work properly,
I have successfully setup OpenDNS so all my devices are given the correct DNS Servers of 208.67.222.222 and 220.220, my ip address is also correct and up to date.
using google chrome I get site is blocked, visiting using safari or firefox lets me access it "I have cleared all caches and even tried on another computer with same results" an older mac seems to block safari but not chrome.
I have setup my firewall not to allow any DNS servers other than OpenDNS, if i manually try to set googles DNS I am unable to browse so I know this works?
Please can you help as I am happy to use a paid service as long as it works?
if i visit welcome.opendns.com it sais successful in chrome but not safari of firefox on the very same machine "the DNS servers are correct? and I am not running and VPN Services"
