How do I speak with someone in person? I don't care if I have to pay. I cannot get this to work. It worked fine and then I found out it wasn't working on my son's iPad (maybe that happened after we moved) and now its not working on any of the devices. I've gone through the instructions on my router as well as on the devices, and nothing changes. I just want to talk to someone and if I have to pay for a higher service thats fine.

"How do I speak with someone in person?"
Not at all.
If you post here in the public community forum, you normally get answers only from other users.
Alternatively, you can open a support ticket, link "Submit a request" above, so that OpenDNS staff look after your issues. This is also free of charge, but you're still not speaking to someone in person.
If you want help here: As a first advice, visit http://welcome.opendns.com/ on the devices to see if they're using OpenDNS as DNS service. If not, you could post a screen shot here to show where you have the OpenDNS resolver addresses configured.
If you have a Windows computer where OpenDNS doesn't work, you may open a command prompt window to copy & paste the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic commands to here:
nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220
nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com.
nslookup whoami.akamai.net.
netsh interface ipv4 show config
netsh interface ipv6 show dns
"if I have to pay for a higher service thats fine."
There are things in the world money can't buy. Didn't you know?

I put in a ticket yesterday, but haven't heard back yet. Here is a screen shot of where I put in the addresses. I used these as well as the .220 and .222 ones and it doesn't work. The test says it is working, but its not.

"I put in a ticket yesterday, but haven't heard back yet."
The response time is usually up to 72 hours during business hours, sometimes more. It's a free service. Also, if you provided them with such spare information like here, they must ask for much more anyway.
"it doesn't work. The test says it is working, but its not."
How did you measure it not working? What are the indications of not working?
Regardless, without seeing the command outputs I even cannot guess what your problems may be.
