On my dashboard I see this:
I've rebooted my modem and router several times. I performed a DHCP release and renew several times.
I continue to show inactive on my home network. Is there a solution?

The problem was that my IP address was being used by someone else. After I unplugged my modem for several hours and plugged it back in, I was assigned a new IP address which solved the problem.
